Frequently asked questions
How does watermark protection work?
Every uploaded photo is re-rendered with your tiled watermark before it is stored for sharing. Clients only ever receive the watermarked version — the clean original never leaves your account.
Can customers download the images?
No. Gallery links are view-only: right-click, drag and download are blocked, and only the watermarked render is served. Clients inspect quality with the magnifier lens instead.
Is registration required to view a gallery?
No. Your customer just opens the link on any phone or desktop browser. Registration is only needed for studios who upload and share photos.
How long are galleries stored?
Galleries stay available while your plan is active. After a plan expires, files are kept for a grace period and then permanently deleted, so always keep your own backups.
Is there a refund policy?
FX View is a digital service, so credits and subscriptions are non-refundable. Try the free trial and the public demo gallery before purchasing.
How do credits work?
1 upload = 1 credit. Credits are deducted when a photo is uploaded and watermarked, and unused credits stay available until your plan expires.
