How FX View handles your account information and uploaded content.
Information we collect
Account details you provide: name, studio name, email address, WhatsApp number, location and language preference.
Content you upload: photos, logos and watermark presets.
Usage data: gallery views, approval events, login activity and payment records.
How we use your information
To operate your account, deliver watermarked previews, generate share links and process credits and payments.
To send service emails such as verification codes, password resets, invoices and plan reminders.
To keep the platform secure and to investigate misuse.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Information is shared only with infrastructure providers needed to run the service (hosting, storage, email delivery) or when required by law.
Anyone holding a gallery share link can view the watermarked previews in that gallery.
Data retention & automatic deletion
Photos are stored while your plan or trial is active. After expiry, your galleries are deactivated and all data is kept for a 30-day grace period.
Before deletion we send advance reminders by email and WhatsApp 7 days before, 2 days before and on the final day.
When the grace period ends, uploaded images, watermarked and preview images, generated and temporary files, gallery and project data and their storage records are permanently deleted and the storage is released. This cannot be reversed.
After deletion we send a confirmation by email and WhatsApp, and keep only an audit record (account reference, deletion date, storage released, cleanup status) — never the deleted files.
Your current storage usage, plan expiry date and scheduled deletion date are always visible in your dashboard. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of original files.
Your choices
You can update your profile details at any time from your account.
You can request account deletion by contacting support; deletion permanently removes your profile, galleries and stored files.
