All payments made to FX View are final.
FX View provides digital services and digital processing. Once credits or a subscription are purchased, the service is delivered immediately and payments are non-refundable.
Refunds are not provided for
- Server downtime or temporary outages
- Scheduled maintenance or infrastructure upgrades
- Third-party provider issues
- Processing delays
- User errors or incorrect purchases
- Unused credits
- Subscription non-usage
- Business-related losses
Payment errors
If a payment is charged twice or credits are not added after a successful payment, contact support with your payment reference. Verified duplicate or failed transactions are corrected by adding the missing credits or reversing the duplicate charge.
