Introduction
Welcome to FX View.
By creating an account, purchasing credits, uploading images, generating watermarks, using AI services, or accessing any feature of FX View, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the service.
Service Overview
FX View is a cloud-based watermark viewing, image delivery, image management, and AI-powered image processing platform.
The platform depends on cloud servers, storage providers, internet infrastructure, AI providers, and third-party services.
While we strive to provide uninterrupted access, continuous service availability cannot be guaranteed.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining their own backups.
- Protecting account credentials.
- Uploading only authorized content.
- Ensuring uploaded files comply with applicable laws.
Users should not rely solely on FX View as their only storage location.
Important files should always be backed up locally.
Server Downtime & Maintenance
FX View may occasionally experience:
- Server maintenance
- Hardware failures
- Storage issues
- Cloud provider outages
- Network disruptions
- Security upgrades
- Infrastructure migrations
- Unexpected technical problems
During such periods access may be temporarily unavailable, uploads may be delayed, processing may be slower than usual, and certain services may not function temporarily.
If a server issue occurs, users agree to allow reasonable time for restoration, migration, or infrastructure replacement.
Prepaid Service Policy
FX View operates on a prepaid model.
- Credits are allocated based on the selected recharge plan.
- Unused credits may expire according to plan validity.
- Recharge purchases are non-refundable after activation.
- Services continue only while credits and validity remain active.
- New uploads and watermark generation require active prepaid credits.
- There is no automatic renewal — you recharge whenever you need more credits.
No Refund Policy
Important Notice: All payments made to FX View are final.
Because the platform provides digital services and digital processing, refunds will not be provided for:
- Server downtime
- Temporary outages
- Maintenance periods
- Infrastructure upgrades
- Third-party provider issues
- Processing delays
- User errors
- Incorrect purchases
- Unused credits
- Subscription non-usage
- Business-related losses
By creating an account and using FX View, the user explicitly agrees that all purchases are non-refundable.
Credit & Pricing Policy
Credit pricing and usage costs may change at any time based on:
- Server costs
- Storage costs
- AI processing costs
- GPU costs
- Infrastructure expenses
- Third-party service charges
Current pricing does not guarantee future pricing.
FX View reserves the right to modify credit pricing, credit consumption rates, subscription pricing, feature limits, package structures and service plans without prior notice.
Subscription Policy
Subscriptions grant access only during the active subscription period. Expired subscriptions may result in:
- Limited access
- Feature restrictions
- Credit limitations
- Service interruptions
Renewal responsibility remains with the user.
Data Storage Policy
User data may be retained, archived, optimized, or removed according to operational requirements.
Users are strongly advised to maintain independent backups of all important files and project data.
FX View shall not be responsible for losses resulting from failure to maintain backups.
Data Retention & Automatic Deletion
Uploaded photos, watermarked and preview images, generated files, galleries and project data are stored only while your trial or plan is active.
After expiry, galleries are deactivated and all related data is kept for a 30-day grace period. Advance reminders are sent by email and WhatsApp 7 days before, 2 days before and on the final day of deletion.
When the grace period ends, all files, storage references, database mappings and temporary processing files are permanently deleted and the storage is reclaimed. This action cannot be reversed and recovery is not possible.
A confirmation is sent after deletion. FX View keeps only an audit record of the deletion (date, storage released, cleanup status) and never retains the deleted files.
Your storage usage, plan expiry date and scheduled deletion date are shown in your dashboard at all times.
Limitation of Liability
FX View shall not be held responsible for:
- Data loss
- Revenue loss
- Business interruption
- Delayed processing
- Server downtime
- Third-party failures
- Hosting provider issues
- Cloud provider outages
- AI service interruptions
The platform is provided on an "As Available" basis.
Changes to Terms
FX View reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
User Declaration
By creating an account on FX View:
- I understand that all digital purchases are non-refundable.
- I understand that temporary server downtime does not qualify for a refund.
- I understand that plans, credits, and pricing may change in the future.
- I understand that I should maintain my own backup copies.
- I agree to all Terms & Conditions of FX View.
